Which Marketplace Issuers Cover Your County
Every Marketplace issuer files the counties it will sell in, and a link to its own provider network directory. Pick a state to see which issuers filed a service area in each county, and go straight to the directory each one publishes, without working through plan finder.

Service area is not the same as network
Two different filings decide whether a patient can use you. The service area says which counties an issuer will sell coverage in. The network says which providers are contracted inside it. An issuer can cover your county and still hold no contract with your practice, and the first is public while the second changes constantly.
This tool gives you the first cleanly, then hands off to the issuer’s own directory for the second, because the directory is the only place the network is current.
Useful before a credentialing conversation
Knowing exactly which issuers filed in your counties tells you who is worth approaching and who does not operate near you at all. It is a short list, it is public, and it is a better starting point than a general search.
Statewide filings are shown separately
Some issuers file county by county and others cover an entire state in one filing. Both appear here, with statewide filings marked as such rather than silently expanded into every county, so you can see which kind of filing you are reading.

Issuers are grouped by the state and county combinations they filed. Network names and directory URLs are reproduced as filed and are never fetched, checked or cached by this tool. Where several networks share one directory URL the link is shown once.
